Temperature Thermoplastic Splinting Sheet for Occupational Therapy
Our low-temperature thermoplastic sheet is a new eco-friendly polymer material. It is produced from special synthetic polyester polymers such as PCL via professional physical and chemical processing.
The material softens easily in warm water at 65~70°C. After taking it out and drying slightly, you can mold it directly on the patient's body once its temperature cools, down to around 40°C. The whole application process is simple and user-friendly.
This orthopedic-grade low-temperature thermoplastic sheet features light weight, excellent moldability, and X-ray permeability. It is latex-free, non-toxic, odorless, and skin-friendly with no irritation. It also has antibacterial properties and is fully biodegradable, making it an ideal material for medical immobilization and fixation.
Health Medical supplies high-quality thermoplastic sheets for manufacturing various orthopedic products, including upper and lower limb static splints, dynamic splints, body orthoses, post-operative fixation splints, and all kinds of orthopedic braces.
The sheet allows partial reshaping and fine adjustment whenever needed.
